In this intimate collective that begins the first part of the Self-Reflective Leader series, we will use the Enneagram to begin the self-reflective process for ourselves as leaders and establish processes and uses of the Enneagram with your employees. This will allow you to:

  1. Have a better understanding of yourself and why you approach life the way you do

  2. Begin to establish healthy connections and communication for challenging conversations to move toward leading employees and not managing them.

  3. Evaluate the why behind an employee’s actions and support your employees in their growth journey.

  4. Establish communication expectations between yourself as a leader and with each other as employees.

  5. Know how to approach certain employees based on their Enneagram to maintain authenticity, transparency, and high-vibe energy for an evolved workplace that’s contagious to anyone who interacts with your team.

This cohort requires a minimum of four members and waitlists after six members register. Up to three additional cohorts will open once the waitlist reaches four leaders. Price is based on membership registration. Membership will close two days before start date, registered members will be sent the price based on registration, and must pay via Venmo within one day of start.

$300.00 Deposit is required, payable via Venmo after site registration within 72 hours or order will be cancelled. Deposit applicable to final balance, which is due April 24, 2024.
